Jon Firman=A Winner

Sometimes, people have feelings, and those feelings aren't recognized.  So today is all about Jon Firman.  Because he really is/was/will always be a winner.

Dear Jon,
We are SEW sorry we didn't give you credit.  Yes, we are also sorry that we lied and said you never stopped by yesterday.  This week is your week.  You beat Jen in the Scooter Race, and you beat me in a very intense, and close, track race last night.

Can we be friends again?   Will you ever forgive us?

Lets talk about you and how great you are!  In order to successfully do this, we must talk about your accordion.

The Interview With Jon Firman and His Accordion

1) Where did you get your accordion? I learned on my mom's, but a guy at my church gave me his larger one because he never used it.
2)Are you any good? Was Michael Jordan good? Was Milos Stankovic good? Was Greg Ostertag good? Yes to all the following. Except Greg Ostertag. And Milos Stankovic. I am pretty good too. In fact, I think Im the best accordionist you know.
3) Do you write your own songs?  Do you write your own songs?
4) Has Paul ever stolen your accordion? Just so everyone knows, Paul is my roommate.  (Jon did not answer this question.  It is a mystery I am sure Jen and I will solve.  We will keep you posted.)
5) Who do you have babysit it when you leave town? This question implies that I sometimes leave my accordion by itself for exteneded periods of time.
6) Is this a hobby or a career? Back in '08 I put an add on craigslist which fared better than my other "I am a plumber and babysit kids too" ad. I boasted fine quality entertainment for weddings, birthday parties (my mom would dress as a clown, or for an extra $25, a dancing monkey), quincinieras, and bar mitzvahs. I only got one gig but the motzah balls were worth it.
 7) Can I have it? The back o' yo' head is ridiculus.

9) Would you ever throw rocks at a girls window and serendae her? How do you think im getting engaged....
